By registering to participate in the Education State Principals Conference personal information will be collected. The personal information to be collected includes your name, work email address, school, area and region.

This personal information is collected from participating principals, school leaders, region and central staff to provide the access to the Education State Principals Conference. Participating in the Conference is voluntary.

The Department has procured the services of Conference Works to coordinate the Education State Principals Conference. Conference Works is bound in their use of data by a contract with the Department, which provides they will handle any personal, health and sensitive information in accordance with the Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Data and Protection Act 2014, and the Health Records Act 2001. Conference Works uses EventsAIR for their conference management. Personal information in EventsAIR is accessed by Conference Works as part of facilitating participation in the Principal Conference.

After registration, you will be invited to download the EventsAIR app which contains your conference program and can be used to collaborate with other delegates throughout the conference. This collaboration is voluntary and may opt-out of sharing your details at any time.   Sharing your personal information will allow you to participate and engage through the secure online environment. Please refrain from sharing personal information and the personal information of others.

If all requested information is not provided, you may not be able to register to participate in the  Education State Principals Conference.
